I just got my 8 mo. old Rhodesian Ridgeback (who is
starting to trail ride with me) vaccinated for rattlesnake bite...I think it's a
new vaccine....and is supposed to reduce the effects of a bite
considerably....i.e. no death, no anti-venom, no tissue
loss....
