Some ice boots are chilled with strips of "ice
cubes" in plastic. Some with the gel stuff in plastic.
Some have the packages of little 'beads" that chill when soaked in cold
water.
Which do you like the best? Which stay cold
the longest?
Do the hard ice cube types work, or are they too
hard to shape to the leg well?
