I have a TWH that moves fine with a short toe. In fact,
he is barefoot and gaits wonderfully. Three years ago when I bought him, he had
long toes and shoes –(and feet that would chip) he moves better
now. We go on all sorts of trails with no problems. Some people
just have it stuck in their minds that Walkers need long toes.
