[RC] DMG - Roger Rittenhouseyou asked Anyone ever hear of using DMG for people? If so, what were the = pros/cons? CON - None that I know of - some say it will not do anything but--- PRO- Been using it for years. It does work as indicated - increases O2 uptake and help with lactic acid - tinkers with the KREBS cycle. It is sort of like a high speed oxidizer. Adds the Oxygen molecule to the lactic in the muscle vs the blood taking it back to the liver -- sort of like that. Has other attributes- but I use it during a ride. Helps with leg cramps and less sore after a ride. I now prefer to take BCAA. I use the horse products - cheaper and the same stuff.
