[RC] [Guest] Girth galls - Ridecamp Moderator

SheilaLarsen Sheila_Larsen@xxxxxxx
I have a horse that also has troubles with girth galls. Because of the way she is built most girths will slip forward. In addition to that, she has such movement of her legs her elbow rubs near the girth and can cause sores. Using a girth cover made it worked, so far the best has been a string girth. But I have used a product called "glide" that is used for riders to prevent chaffing. It comes like a stick deodorant, it worked great (even on me) and stopped the rubbing.
