Some leave it to their head vet to get in
written form as he is heading into camp on Friday. (And some head
vets just automatically do this anyway.) Others have pre-done handouts
with blanks for the appropriate numbers and simply fill them in and hand them
out as people enter. Still others have it written on a big sign at the
check-in table where you can't miss it when you come to enter or pick up your
packet. All of these methods conform to the rules with regard to more
stringent requirements being in written form.
