[RC] heart rate monitor question - Susith

I have an older model heart rate monitor, a Polar PE 4000, for which I can get no service. I can't get a jeweler to get the battery out, and it probably needs cleaning or something too.

Does anyone know anything about this company or who I can send it to, for repair and service?
