The way I understand it is that the printers mail it from there. Of course, after that, it is in the hands of our post office. Don't get me started on THAT! I While I agree the PO seems to have numerous problems, I find it hard to believe that people all over the country seem to get the EN late, yet receive other magazines on time. If it were an issue relating to the book rate or mass mailing wouldn't all our magazines be late? I suspect it is the printer, probably a small office can only handle so many mags a day. But then, wouldn't you think they would go into the mail alphabetically, in which case B for Baker would at least be on time. I haven't decide if I am going to dig into this further or not, its not like I have the time to be a magazine detective or anything, I really need to be getting ready for the SETC conference in July. I called the national office a couple of days ago, when I had not rec'd my EN, someone called me back the next day and left a message on my VM telling me to fill out some sort of a consumer concern postcard from the PO. Of course, you know what a hassle it is going to the PO, but will fill out the little card and try to figure this out. Let me know if you come up with any answers. Jackie Baker
