For those who are truly motivated, you can email your legislative body via Firstgov.com.  You do not even have to know who they are but follow the links and fill in the blanks on the email forms.  I would recommend quoting the bill for reference and putting in a plug for equitable access to all public land not just transportation related.  Include in your list not only your Congressman/woman but your two Senators and the current House and Senate Leadership as well as McCain who sits on the Transportation committee. Ten minutes of writing will show up in the polls which they run off their email daily.
