Could someone familiar with breeding contracts please let me know the
usual practice with a booking fee?  Is it normal to pay the booking fee
in advance or at time of service?  Refundable if the mare doesn't
actually receive the stallion service, become in foal, have a live
foal?  Non-refundable in any of those circumstances?
