Companies like http://www.acetransco.com will make them up for you, or if you are feeling like spending less money you can print them using an inkjet printer (email me private if you want some detailed info on that, or join heat transfers for desktop printers on yahoo groups, it's a high volume list). Sometimes (many times) the people that screen printed your shirt can supply you the transfer also - matching ink color, style, the whole nine yards.
