[RC] Pacific South Challenge - Steph Teeter

This was a 100 mile only ride - FEI - it was great as a rider to be part of
a small focused group, great vets (Jim Baldwin, Nancy Elliot), excellent
organization and management. A good day. (even the storms and tornado
warning in the afternoon were sorta fun...)
