[RC] PacSo 100: Gate 2 - John Teeter


Sue Nance is in/out of gate two. Steph and Leo are bringing up the rear (but still doing 14k/hr:) . It is, as expected, a fast pace. the footing is very good. it is still cool (62df).

Teresa's pull was a rider option lame (a chiropractic fix that popped back out:( sorry for the over-eager reporting.....

The ride is laid out as three loops, each of which are repeated twice. 20mi, 15mi, and 15mi. The pulse criteria is 60. There will be an exit exam at the 70 mile hold as well. CRI's are being given at each check.
