[RC] Was LD /Completion Awards - Rides 2 Far

One thought I had was to have nice completion awards and take the 
motivation away from racing.  


If you want completion awards to be motivation, they need to go back to
being COMPLETION awards...not "you paid your entry fee" awards. I really
hate it when they give them out the night before, and then don't
recognize people who actually completed at the awards. I don't care if
90% of the people leave after the ride, I'm want to see completion awards
given out after we know who completed. They don't have to be nice, or
expensive, but they do have to represent something accomplished, not
attempted.
