[RC] Dunk Saddle Pad - April Johnson


I'm looking for some opinions. :-) I have a Toklat woolback saddle 
pad. In the heat of summer, I was thinking of soaking the pad during 
a vet check and then putting it back on Tanna's back for the next 
loop.

However, I am worried that that would hold heat in and not help as 
much as I would think. With the humidity in the south, the water 
wouldn't evaporate as much, but it would run down his sides, I would 
think.

I did look in the archives, but couldn't find the right combination 
of words to bring up this topic.

Opinions?
