[RC] [Guest] URGENT!!! Info. about campsite reservations for Winding Stair Endurance Challenge - Ridecamp Guest

We have had a few people that have tried to make reservations for campsites
and have been told that they were full already. We called friday and they
said that there were still quite a few slots open. If you have already made
a reservation you need to call customer service and make sure that they have
you in the Equestrian campground and not one of the other campgrounds. We
have had this problem before and have had to call back and tell them that
they put us in the wrong campground. Please double check your reservations.
I would hate to have someone drive all the way down and then not have the
right campsite. The phone number is 877-444-6777 and ask for customer
service. They should be able to fix any problems that have been made. Also
we are having difficulties with our website but, if you will e-mail me I
will send you a copy of the entry form.
