[RC] setting back, tie high - Jonni Jewell

For horses that have not learned to tie well, and set back, tie them high.
It is very difficult for a horse to set back against a rope that is up high.
If you want to see a horse pull a tie rail up out of the ground, break
ropes, snaps or halters, tie them low, like at chest height. They can REALLY
set back against that rope and pull!

I have also seen some of the bungee ties stretch and break. But, the horses
were able to really set against them and pull......because they were tied
low.
