I called Millers at 1-800-553-7655 and got a
message saying "Thank you for calling Miller Harness company. We are
currently reorganizing our corporation at this time. We have contracted
with Dover Saddlery to answer any questions ....."
That isn't an exact quote, but it's 99% or
so. So they must have hit a hard patch and are retooling.
Weatherbeeta USA, Inc., Edison, N.J.,
announced today, January 20th, that it has acquired in totality the name,
intellectual property and brands of long-time equestrian product supplier
E.E.G./Miller Harness Company. Brands transferred in the sale include Crosby,
Collegiate, Everest, Eisers, On-Course, Good Hands, Lancers, Roma, Pytchley and
Lexington, among many others.
Roger Jackson, President of Weatherbeeta USA, comments, "We are delighted
to be able to keep these strong, respected brands on the market. Miller's was a
true institution in the horse world, with 75 years of service to the industry.
Their products have always been well loved in the equestrian community, and it
has been disappointing for everyone to see what has been exacted on their

these venerable brands, and re-launch and remarket them with minimum disruption
and maximum benefit to our customers and our industry."
