A friend of mine just bought a horse whose blood test shows a Lyme's
disease titer of 1:1280.  The vet said this was low positive and does
not need to be treated.  The horse has never been treated for Lyme's,
and does not show any symptoms other than quite suddenly developing
allergies (don't know if these are symptoms or not).

Any advice, should the horse be treated?
