Same exact drug as what is in Tylenol PM, only the Tylenol also has a pain reliever. Want to really save some cash? Get it at Costco-250 generic diphenhydramine HCL caps at 25 mg each for 1.99. By FAR, the cheapest way to go, and I find that it helps with my allergies during the ride. I just about swam through mustard fields at Hog Wild.
