[RC] Name of The Book - Teri Hunter

Here is the name of the book.  It is only 99 pages but the most informative
99 pages I have ever read.  I only was able to find it for sale one place.
It is out of print.  It is not an expensive book, but you cannot judge a
book by it's price (cover).
