A good friend of mine puts goldfish in her water troughs to eat the mosquito larvae. She kept noticing that the fish were "disappearing"-- finally found out one day when she watched her gelding dump over the trough- only to eat the fish off of the ground!! Swallowed them whole! Did it several times that she saw, I saw him do it once also-- so funny! He is healthy, too-- doesn't seem to be lacking anything in diet!
