Couldn't you add cherry Kool-Aid or cherry flavoring oil to regular veggy oil?

 

35# of liquid oil would go bad in how long?  I used to (WAY back in the day) buy the big jugs of oil and it'd go bad in a period of time.  I kept it in the barn which was opened so it was almost outside.  The summer didn't help much, did it?
