[RC] Pro CMC, food at rides - KathyWhat is Pro CMC and where can you get it? I used to eat yogart during a ride but one time I ran out and tried a potato that I had baked ahead of time with sour cream. I was surprised at how less tired I was eating that than I was eating the yogart so now it is my standard food during the holds. I put lots of lite salt on the potato and if time I do heat them up. I don't get the sugar high from that but then never noticed it from the yogart either. I also eat bananas. For breakfast I eat a muffin, I make healthy ones without a lot of sugar or fat, with peanut butter on them.
