Glenda, after a very, very bad fall in December (4 year old horse reared over on top of me) cracked my Lidlocker I needed a new helmet. Well Santa Claus brought me a Tipperary and I love it. I have used the Lexington's for over 7 years and this new Tipperary has been used by 3-day eventers for awhile and it's absolutly the most comfortable helmet I've ever used!

I have been out of the saddle for awhile, just starting back now, and need
a new helmet.  I see there are several new brands and radical new styles
and I'm interested in trying something different, but I'm wondering about
roundheads vs. eggheads. <g> I learned several years ago that Troxel
helmets don't fit me at all but Lexington Lidlockers fit perfectly.

Do any of you fellow Lidlocker-heads out there have experience with some
of the new helmets that you can share?
