[RC] [Guest] sneakers for riding - Rides 2 Far

Does anybody have good info on a shoe you can both ride safely and  run

out of the saddle?

Just get stirrups with cages then you can wear the shoe of your choice. I
use the E-Z rides and always ride in running shoes.  I *hate* having to
get on a saddle, even for a short ride that doesn't have safety cages.
Gives me the creeps.
