Re: [RC] Equine Nosebleeds - sue koostMy friend bought a horse who had began to develop spontaneous nosebleeds. However it was not the nose. It was the tissue around the larynx. Highly suggest that you ask your vet to do a 'scope' to discover the root cause. Even in people a 'nose bleed' is not good news.
