[RC] rascal has a new gait - Ed Kilpatricklaurie, i work with a lot of different horses. what you might have to do is what i do with some horses that have a really long stride in a trot. you put a little "hang time" in your posting. when you post up, stay in the "up" position for a split second, then drop back down. this helps you match the movement. i like this method better than standing in the stirrups. it takes a little practice to get in stride with them, but is better, long term. ed
