[RC] Frank Hopkins: The Gig is Up - Linda B. Merims

Jim Davidson told me that The History Channel
is interested in doing a special on the *real*
Frank Hopkins.  They've hired a genealogist to
try to track down who he really was.  The way
it looks now, they may have been circus people
who, beginning in the 1930's, found a few
sympathetic ears for their Bunyunesque tales
and it all just mushroomed from there.
