We give tetanus and rabies vaccinations because
both are prevalent in this area. One year I noticed that four horses'
necks swelled up and were sore and the rest were not. I had given those
four the tetanus and rabies, and the others only tetanus. The following
year I had no problems. I question the justification of giving shots for
"everything", and I question giving them all at once.
