From a man's perspective............


Ginger LOVED horses.  I was mildly  interested, but not really into it.  Then 
she took me along to buy her horse.........where she had secretly arranged to 
buy two horses.  One was her little Arab.  The second was a big beautiful 
Standardbred...for me.  Well, if I had my own horse, I felt the 
responsibility to take care of it.  If I had to take care of it, I might as 
well ride it.  Now I ride HOURS every week - and I am probably more into the 
horses than Ginger is!  LOL  Talk to him.  Try to explain your passion.  But 
he probably won't truly understand until he has a horse of his own.  :o)
