According to the lecture I went to at the Western Veterinary
Conference, the WNV vaccine is safe for pregnant mares, it just
doesn't state that on the bottle for liability issues. (when you are
pregnant, a LOT of things that your body doesn't react to are now
allergens).  I vaccinated two of mine while they were in foal.  They
are fine and so are the babies. I think it's your own personal
decision.

Below is an excerpt from my notes I posted to another list.  It was
given by Dr. Rob Keene, the foremost authority on WNV:

<<Although not labelled safe for pregnant mares and foals, have given
millions and seen no adverse reqactions (I myself have done it to no
ill-effects)
Vax for foals:
if mare hasn't been vaccinated prior to foaling, foal needs one at 2
months of age with a three vaccine series (3-6 weeks apart)
if mare nax and boostered, wait until 5-6 months to start series. >>
