[RC] FW: Helicopter crash at World Cup - Steph TeeterMessage regarding the helicopter crash - The reason I'm contacting you is I received a phone call early this morning from Jim from the ride site in Dubai to tell me that there had been a helicopter crash at on of the vet gates. It was one of Sheikh Mohammed's helicopters hovering over the action and he said the tail rotor fell off resulting in the crash. He said he heard a strange noise coming from it, looked up to see it start to fall apart. It was uncertain as to how many were on board but NO ONE on the ground was injured, including horses, all receiving a resounding fright, I'm sure. It has been established that it was an accident. I just thought I would mention this to you as there is likely to be messages coming into Ridecamp and in view of the world situation, may start rumours.
