[RC] [Guest] expanded rides April 19th - Ridecamp Guest

The spring rides sponsered by The Chesapeake Trail Riding Club have had such
a large early response that I have decided to add a judge specifically for
the 15 mile clinic.  I am very pleased to have Mary Coleman doing the job!
This has allowed us to accept additional entries in both the 25 and the 15.
It's going to be a beautiful ride.
