[RC] Wintec 2000 needed by 11 yr old junior - Joan Ruprecht

Katie Ruprecht has been saving her money and wants to buy her own saddle for her own horse, she earned him too, and is going great.
 
Any Ideas of the best way for a conscientious kid to get buy her saddle.
