[RC] clicker training/other breeds - Ed Kilpatrick

someone mentioned this a while back, and i have heard of it before, but what exactly is clicker training?  what are the benefits, pros/cons?

also,  does any one know of andalusians being used in endurance rides?  i have a young andalusian stallion and might like to try him in endurance in a few years.
