Re: [RC] Deployed horse lover - diane vieira

Hey Ridecamp,

My husband told me that a woman in his Navy Reserve unit has recently gotten deployment orders to the Persian Gulf. She owns two horses and lives in Tehachapi, CA. She has lost her regular income and now will only receive pay from the Navy which evidently is quite a cut. I'm wondering if anyone could help her out with a place to board her guys while she's gone? I don't know her personally, but when I imagine how it would feel to suddenly be shipped out and not know if her horses will still be there when she comes home, it's so painful. We don't have a big enough place and we're kinda far, but I'd love to connect her with someone who could care for her "kids" while she's away. If anyone can help, I'll be glad to get her info to you or visa versa.
