[RC] (no subject) - trailszSandy,I have ridden in a Thorowgood saddle since 1993, and I love it. They were kind enough to give me a proto-type of their Maxam saddle to test out, and I love it & still have it, & it is my & my horses' favorite after having used several others over the years. After about 8 or 9 years and many miles, it was getting sort of shabby, and they were kind enough to rebuild it for me. It fits me like a glove and my horses have not had back problems. And, as a bonus, it only weighs 5 lbs!!! I feel that Thorowgood makes the best synthetic saddle on the market, in workmanship, seat design, and overall padding & comfort for the horse.
