Yes, I can believe it!  Used to live there and they are having a real 
winter - my sister lives in Nova Scotia where it's been crazy as well.... 
My daughter lives in Ottawa, Ontario where it's been -20 C highest for the 
past 6 weeks just about.
Glad I'm out here in the sunny (?) Okanagan!
