At the FOF ride I watched the awards for the 100s, and the Texas women looked GREAT - makeup, hair done, clothes clean and pretty.  Class down to the fingertips, and nice as can be.

A certain West Coast rider came back from the Pan Ams and NC noting that the women where and reapply makeup at vet checks back East.  It’ was a novelty for her, so you can be assured that it may be a “regional” thing!

I myself hasn’t seen lipstick on my lips since the Christmas party on a SF Bay cruise!
