The Old Dominion is sponsoring a
'distance clinic', Feb. the 22, in Front Royal,Va. This clinics' topics are
geared to the novice distance rider, those who may be interested in starting
distance riding, ie. types of rides, endurance vs. competetive, getting
started, conditioning tips,etc.,vet check procedures, that sort of thing. Also,
I'm in charge of organizing the P&R, and timers for the June ride 7-8.Yes
note date.( they caught me at a weak moment, I
must have lost my mind, again) Would like to have you come help, don't want to
stay at same spot , no problem - I can arrange for you to be all over the
valley. Did you know it takes roughly 1 volunteer for every rider. I can use
your help even for part of the day, or night you choose, it's a great way to
learn what goes on.You can even work part of sat, and ride sunday - the 25.Or ,
others out there comming to the OD this year how about going back out for a
while after the 50, to help. Or helping Sunday am. Ride safe, stay
