    I also have a cat who hunts because it is the funnest thing.  She will yowl for me to toss her food around one piece at a time and hunt it down and kill it.  She is death on any bug or spider that comes near her.  She is a house kitty and I found her when she weighed 10.5 ounces so her mom didn't teach her a thing......mb
