Ridecamp: [RC] RO Pulls

I haven't read all the posts on this subject yet so I appologize if someone 
already suggested this.

Some have already mentioned to them the pull codes leave some sort of stigma 
on the rider....so if they are for data collection only why do they have to 
be public?  Can't the online, public record just state "pulled" then have 
the L, M, or RO code not listed publicly for the purpose of data collection?

Just a thought...
