Thanks Mike. I think this is the "available upon request from the office" 
piece isn't it (i.e. the supplement to the policy)

The whole of the AERC medications policy would then be found in 3 places; 
the rules (rule 13); the Veterinary Handbook; and the supplement you have 
provided.

Additionally, there should be a history of the various protests  filed over 
the years which further articulate the ins and outs of the medications issue.
