Seems like over kill. I
voted no because I think that the few things that needed to be changed to comply
with Cal. Corporate Laws, have been lumped in with allot of things that did not
need to be changed. I believe passing this would change the
core of the AERC in a way that we may not necessarily find to be for our over
all benefit. Annie G.
