Once again (this is getting scary, Heidi) I am in total agreement.  I will 
have to vote "No" as well.  The Family Membership is vital to planting firm 
roots if the organization is to grow.  Find 'em young and hook 'em early and 
they will be members for life.  Making it easier for adults to get their 
children involved really makes sense for the long term health of the 
organization.  As for resident aliens, I can see no good reason why anyone 
here in the US legally should be denied full participating membership.  Has 
there been any rationale offered for these changes?  I'd love to hear it, but 
in the meantime, I am voting "No."
