Ridecamp: Re: [RC] Fwd: sick horses

Strangles or Pigeion fever.

I would like to do an epidemelogical study of this last spred of strangles.
Any one willing to send me information they are aware of I will complile it
and send ridecamp the results.

This is not the kind of thing to feel guilt about I would not require names,
but would like to know

1. Home location of horse and location of suspected exposure.

2. Were cases were seen by Vets. and confirmed with lab results.

3. How seriously effected was the horse.

4. Did it spread to companion horses.

5. Any additional information available.
