Take the saddle back! LOL Keep trying new ones. There are plenty out there and you will soon find one that fits. You may, of course, need the help of pads to accommodate however, try finding a saddle that fits first. I firmly believe that if a saddle doesn't fit, it doesn't fit and is not good for the horse no matter how many saddle pads or how thin of a saddle pad you cram under it.
Just an opinion! :-)
