You make excellent points, and I have also considered doing as you
suggest. If I ever do manage a ride again, this is how I will handle
it. No non-member will pay a penny extra at my ride, and the ride
budget will pay the non-member fees to AERC. But, at this point I'm
not comfortable doing even that.
