Ridecamp: [RC] guest fees

I personally don't mind paying non-member fees. I didn't
pay for this year as I have a new horse and only did one
ride so for me it was more cost effective to pay the
non-member fee. Next year I plan on doing at least 4-5
rides and I will rejoin AERC and PNER shortly for next
season.
